My name is Michael. I called Ace on 12/2/20 at 3:15 p.m. I asked for a quote on a water heater. Ace gave me a two hour window as to when they would be at my house the next day to look at my water heater. Ace informed me they would be at my house on the next day to replace my water heater. On 12/4 Ace arrived at my house at 9:15 in the morning and replaced my water heater. Great service I highly recommend Ace to everyone. GREAT PROFESSIONALS.

We had our house water pipes completely replaced. If there was a way to give zero stars I would do it. The county had to come out 3 times to approve the permit because they would not finish the job per code nor to the contract. We had 4 different people from Park come out again because the guys just could not get it correct. They pressured my wife to pay for the whole job when it was not even close to being finished and I am so glad I did not fully pay until it was done because I doubt it would have been completed. We had to explain to them what the county wanted to get the house to code....which is mind boggling that a plumbing contractor would not know code. They insulated cold water pipes thinking that was code. This company is frustrating to work with.
Just wanted to add...it took almost 2 weeks to get someone out to fix a leak on one of the fixtures they installed and only then because I called and screamed at them to come fix the leak.

Sacramento area plumber fixed all my problems in a short amount of time. I like how professional they were and also appreciate the honesty. I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member.

These guys are hack job scammers. They came to fix my AC 4 times and still couldn't get the job done. The last time they showed up they told me they couldn't charge my system because R-22 refrigerant is illegal in the USA. Which is not true - I have owned a refrigeration company for many years and I know this is not the case. They told me they would need to replace my entire HVAC system or nothing else. I got someone else to come out and they fixed the problem immediately by charging the system with 1.5 lbs of refrigerant. Also, the last service appt I had was at 4pm on a day when it was 105F. They called at 4:15 and cancelled the call, stating that if I didn't buy an entire new system they wouldn't accept me as a customer. This was a rental house. The tenants moved out and I lost a ton of money. Terrible company and I should have known better.

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. I called @noon seeking information about water heaters. I already had enough info to make an informed decision and was exploring options outside of the Big Box landscape. The person that answered my call was knowledgeable and professional. Long story short, Brandon arrived at my home at 3:00pm (that same day). By 5:00pm I had a new water heater.

Needed a replacement water heater and replacement of pressure valve, these guys were responsive, timely, professional, and reasonable.
I got a quote from Bonny and they were going to charge me $3400... insane. Water heater pros did the same job without all the crazy markups.

I have always felt valued by them as a customer, and Greg and his crew have done top notch, reliable work.

Charles came out right on time and gave me an incredibly detailed walkthrough of what his plan was for investigating the pipe. He also explained to me what he was doing each step of the way.

When it came to scheduling the full work, it was easy and stress free.

The team (Jeff, Chris and Bubba) were all incredibly nice, thoughtful and very hard workers. They got here on the day of the job and were literally finished within several hours. They came back the next day to verify the inspection and complete the backfilling.

I've used Armstrong Plumbing several times over the years and have always been pleased with their service. Last week was no exception. Justin came at the appointed hour to inspect the plumbing under our house. Together, we worked to test all the faucets, toilets, and tub/showers. Justin reported that a length of 4 sewer waste line had corroded and was leaking. He presented a thorough inspection report and prepared an estimate to complete the necessary repairs. We reviewed the estimate and scheduled the repairs for last Friday. Justin and his apprentice appeared on time and went to work, completing the repairs in accordance with the estimate. They presented the corroded section of pipe to show the extent of the damage. At all times, Justin and his apprentice were friendly, courteous, and thoroughly professional. Armstrong came through again!

Mac Noble of Gilmore was one of the most precise and professional technicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was on time, totally professional, very straightforward and explained in an understandable way what needed to be done to fix my HVAC and the cost of those repairs. I was very pleased and will certainly use Gilmore for all my HVAC needs in the future.
