These guys are the best.

These guys have the most annoying radio commercials that I have ever heard, and it gets played all of the time. I tried to tell them how much I disliked it, and was ignored and brushed off, basically getting the impression that it is intentionally annoying. Who wants to hear the same poorly sung Christmas carol with the lyrics changed all year !?
I will never use their services specifically because of how terrible the commercials are. Guys, please change your jingle.

They originally installed the unit in 2016 they did a great job very professional then so when I needed it repaired I called him back and again they did a great job the service tech was excellent exactly what he said was wrong is what was wrong they were very quick cleaned up great and I will hire them again if and when needed

Had a spigot break outside my home on the water main and Leo went above and beyond to get it corrected. The material ended up exceeding the quote, but Leo stood by his quote and got the job done. McDonald PHAC sent a plumber to us quickly after we called about our clogged kitchen drain. Bryan was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable, keeping me advised of each step of his investigations and eventual clearing of the problem. I would not hesitate to call McDonald again if we need assistance with plumbing, heating or air conditioning problems. They were recommended by two of our neighbors, and we will be recommending them now too.

I called this company after every sink and toilet in our building started backing up. Crystal answered and asked if we had any working drains. When I told her no and that it was urgent she made a call and called me right back to let me know she’d have someone to me in 1-2hrs. Robert showed up right at the hour mark and got to work identifying the issue. It ended up being a pretty severe blockage all the way through he line and he called in the owner Charles for reinforcement. Charles got there pretty quickly as well and they got to work fixing it. Very impressed with the level of service they provided. From the promptness, to explaining what all was going on and showing me, to the fair and clear pricing for repairs, it all went very smooth. As someone in a different construction trade I can tell you it takes a lot to provide very fair prices and a very high level of service. They’ve definitely earned our future business and recommendation.

They didn't repair anything. Came out in summer for the 75 cleaning and repair. Didnt do anything but make it worse. Talked a 93 year old woman into the $20 a month. What a rip off. Heater broke called them and They said it needed a $1000 part and couldn't guarantee it. Had someone else come out had it running in 5 minuted. There was a bird in the fan.

I found few companies with solid reputation, but they couldn't come same day and I needed it asap. They replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump. The price was excellent due to the rebates and it was a quality install. The installer doing the work did a solid job from plumbing the condensate drain, overflow tank, thermostatic mixing valve and running the electrical wire.
