Best Heater And Air Conditioner in Sacramento CA

I had an appointment with Rooter Hero 11/14/21 I was told the technician was on his way around 1pm with his picture and details - I waited and waited and finally got a call from dispatch at 2:23 advising they had to cancel and would need to reschedule for 11/15/21 between 9 and 11am. I call them at 11 as no one showed up again and I was told we are backed up. I asked for a supervisor or manager and have received no call. I understand techs run late, emergencies come up etc. but communication with customers is important as we are all busy. This is unacceptable.Completely dissatisfied. This company is unreliable and they don't even have the courtesy to call and advise they will be late or will not be making the appointment so you just sit there and waste your time.

This is my first review ever and I am thankful that providing amazing customer service and experience still matters to this business. They have a customer for life; 10/10 recommend!!

Today I had a plumbing emergency and Laird was sent to help me. He was great....professional, knowledgeable, nice, and able to get things under control in minutes (a leak in the water heater).
I was also so thankful to the person who answered the phone at McDonald PHAC because she had Laird at my house within the hour.
All is now well...and I have a new water heater.
