I had first call Aaron on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and he answered the phone. I could hear kid's laughing in the background and thought he might be a family man so I thought I'd give him a try. To my surprise he showed up in a few hours later and cleared my blocked kitchen drain. His prices are so affordable compared to the big box companies it's unbelievable. I gave him a big tip, and have had him out a number of times. I had him replace my hall bathtub, showed valve and head, upgrade some plumbing and couldn't be how fair his prices are. I've even had some repairs done at my mom's house (someone I can trust). Sometimes you find someone that is good at what they do and don't try to rip you off. I've found my plumber. I can't say enough about Aaron. I highly recommend his services.

Jarid and his crew did a very good job cleaning an 85 year old sewer line and installing 75 feet of cure-in-place pipe. They got the job done in one long day, cleaned up, and permitted two days later.

This morning the hose to my toilet tank failed and to make matters worse the angle stop value would not shut off completely. I called Ace Plumbing and they were out and had the repair done a little over an hour after my call. Gerry and his assistant (Mike?) were my saviors. They got my repair done quickly and efficiently and I ended only an hour late for work. I’m a long time client of Ace and they’ve never let me down. They are responsive, courteous and prompt. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tanner really cared about our plumbing emergency and connected us to Kyle. Kyle has strong work ethics. He literally worked 6.5 hours without any break. We had a horrible backed up sewer line that flooded our master bathroom. He came out and worked endlessly. He was honest and sincere with what he saw to be the problem(s) and gave us options to help us at our 70 year old home. I've been using them since March 2021 and they have consistently been awesome! They stand by their work and they are VERY thorough, double and triple checking their work before they're done. And they're fast too! They respond right away and I've always been able to get things fixed right away. I won't use anyone else, they're the best.

I have had this company out 3 times for my water heater. The first time they came out they replaced the most common cause of the water heater going out. Understandable, but still wouldn’t stay lit. Second time was to see what was wrong and order the part. Almost 3 weeks later after my water heater going out, they come and replace the gas control unit in front, what they didn’t do is put the pilot ignition switch back onto it because “the bracket wasn’t the right one.” I looked in the bag of parts and there is the correct new bracket that is supposed to be used that, under my impression, they didn’t want to bother installing. So they left it dangling. So when I go to try and restart the pilot light I will sometimes get shocked doing so. Needless to say this is a hazard in itself and the corners they cut are a definite safety concern. There are also other new parts that they didn’t replace in the bag. As well, they forgot to even turn the water valve back on before they left. If they can’t pay attention to detail I don’t want them to work on anything anymore. Definitely would stay away from this company as they seem to not do a job professional and fully.
