this technician was extremely helpful and effecting in resolving the heat pump problem. His customer relations skills were appreciated and is technical grasp of the problems involved. The difficult issue was the scheduling clerk who confused the request to send a water heater tech instead of a hvac tech which was frustrating. both techs were helpful in getting the right servce here.
