Good service and kind of expensive

A few months ago Beutler installed an entire new AC and Heating system. They followed up with an inspection and made sure we were happy with the unit and installation.As the weather got colder we called to have the system looked at again and they sent a great service tech, Freddy, to come out and make some further adjustment to improve the heating. At no extra charge. Freddy was very kind, considerate, and professional. The other techs and installers were as well, of course.Thank you Beutler!

We were overdue for our one-year follow-up (curses to you, COVID-19!) on our HVAC system that HUFT installed over a year ago. Our technician that day was Shuntavious Oliver who arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was thorough, efficient, and was able to answer any and all questions we put to him. He was also quick to resolve an issue we were having in a very professional manner. We were most impressed with his expertise and his conduct. HUFT should be proud of his performance, they were well represented.
