He cleaned up, said he would be back around 12:30 PM the next day with parts, and left for the night. Today he was on time, and promptly replaced the shower controls, spout, shower head, and cleaned up on the way out of the door yet again. We purchased our home in 2001 and the original plastic plumbing pipe used was the “infamous Kitec Pipe.” We had heard several reports of leaking and flooding problems in homes in our area whereas the problems were due to failures with their “Kitec” pipping.

Based on those incidents, we decided to have the “Kitec” pipping removed and replaced with a more suitable product. That decision led us into the interviewing process with several of the local plumbing companies. Since this was not going to be a simple “fix-it project,” we needed to be reassured that the company would do “what they said” and would stand-by their product. We found that company in the SACRAMENTO REPIPE & PLUMBING COMPANY.

Any company can make claims, but it is through their employees that those assertions are in fact, executed. Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing brought in true professionals to perform the very detailed job of replacing and changing out all of our Kitec pipping. In addition, they did so in an orderly manner, while always ensuring that their work areas were clean before leaving for the day.

My water heater went out on a Monday night. I called Tuesday morning and they sent a tech out Wednesday morning ON TIME! They replaced the water heater and all the parts attached to it that was not functional or old. I had hot water 20 mins after they were done! It was great professional service from my Tech Matt! Prompt, honest, and skilled service from Jeff Debora who came to repair my water heater. Only to discover parts were hard to come by and the maker was misleading with parts that weren’t needed.
So I decided to go with a American made water heater recommended by Jeff.
In my experience as a retired contractor this is a ongoing issue with foreign made products.
All was installed in short time to my satisfaction. And I plan to call on Abe Lincoln Pluming for all my future pluming needs.

Water heater is rarely going down. But, if it is down, it is hard to find an honest person to repair it for you. Most of the time, the license plumper tries to talk you into replacement the water heater. Not with Right Guys Plumbing, especially, with Mitch.
We had problem with the water heater at one of our rental in Elk Grove. There is no hot water at the house. Tenant put a lot of pressure on landlord to fix it. I called and talked to Mitch. Despite of his busy schedule, Mitch did his best to stop by the house to inspect it. He knew what the problems are and fixed it for us in the same day. Not only he did an excellent job in fixing it. He also took the time to explain to me what was wrong. He also helped us to make sure the water heater is up to code: the unit needs to sit on combustible subsurface (plywood, wood, or plastic drip pan). Absolutely, it can’t be placed on metal stand, metal drip plan, drywall or covered stand).
Overall, our experience with Mitch service is perfect. I strongly recommend Right Guys Plumbing.
