I have had a very positive experience with Shields Plumbing! Scott came to address several plumbing issues in the house I recently bought. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing issues and is efficient, professional, and skilled at what he does. He was able to locate and identify the problems and repair them quickly. He insulated pipes, repaired a whole house water filtration system and reverse osmosis system, repaired an outdoor water leak, installed bathroom sink and tub/shower faucets, and hooked up the ice maker in my new refrigerator. He did all of this while also being very pleasant to be around. I was very comfortable with him working in and around my home. In addition to all of this he was VERY reasonably priced! He also communicated very well and showed up when he said he would and assured me that I could call him if there were any issues with any of his work! I HIGHLY recommend Shields plumbing!

The best choices were selected, a reasonable estimate was given and the job was completed very professionally. Mitch got back to me quickly about repairing a tankless water heater. He gave me different options for different price points. He worked for a few hours and then spent time after explaining specifics for my water heater, like how I might need to adjust water usage for the different seasons. I would definitely hire him again.
