The technician fixed the bathroom sink drainage problem in less than 1 hour. In and Out it was done. The repair expense was far more reasonable compared to other quotes given to make a home service call. On a Friday afternoon at 4:00 we discovered a water leak by our main. We called the water district to shut off the water and then Sac Plumbing. Jose was out Saturday morning to access the issue and provide an estimate. Jose and Anthony worked until 9:00pm to ensure we had water for our Sunday holiday gathering. They saved the day! They were completely professional, keeping us updated with the issues they were finding. Sac Plumbing will always be our go to for plumbing. Great job!

Here's the deal. When money is spent it should be a good trade off. From the start this company was on time, had exact follow through and was courteous, willing to help, and thorough. Can't rave enough about their expertise and superior customer service. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

The initial contact was timely but service has gone south since then. First i called about 2 faucet and a whirlpool tub. The tub was a claw foot and 2 technicians were sent. The one in charge thought that the evaluation would be too difficult and automatically said that parts of the repair was not covered and they had to stop though the second tech said theirs access screws on the tub that would give them access to the plumbing. I had to move the claw foot tub a couple of feet to fix it. Something that the second tech they sent at a different time was not necessary. Then the faucet. I am being told that only one is broken but since it's a pair both will be replaced so i said ok. The 3rd appointment the secondary tech from the 1st appointment only brought 1 faucet so i asked if both was being replaced and was told no. I asked why and i was told that the warranty only approved 1 faucet to be replaced based on the 1st plumber's assessment. When the tech started replacing the fauces he started replacing the one that the initial guy said was not broken because the flow of water was so low and i had to inform him that he is working on the wrong faucet. He then told me that it is obvious that both faucet were broken, now the lies started at the office level. When the tech asked for authorization to fix the second faucet he was told the office spoke to my home warranty and they declined it. I reached out to my home warranty company and it was clear that within the 10 min. they had, no calls were made to them so now here i am asking my home owners warranty for a second opinion since one of my faucet, according to Advanced plumbing tech is running at about 40% but the office is declining to fix.

Best decision I made to have Bonney come out and do a check of my hvac systems with washing. They found a burnt out heater in my attic with tubing blacken by overheating furnace. And their estimate for replacement was reasonable to me and for my peace of mind. This is the 3rd time I have used Bonney's services this month and IM couldn't be more satisfied with their work and outcome of my heating and air and electrical issues.

I am so thankful for this team. I had a very bad plumbing emergency today and John came immediately this morning to work on it. John and Tom both were extremely kind and professional throughout it. I was having a bad day already and then the toilet began to leak. It just got worse. I cannot emphasize how thankful i am that John and Tom was able to come out and put so much hard work into the situation. They spend a lot of time and made sure everything was fixed before leaving. Definitely my superheroes today! Highly recommend

Our W/H went offline Friday morning. Confronted with a weekend and not knowing when we would have hot water, we took to some searches to see if we could find help. WHO immediately took the call, said they could get it done over the weekend (we had a standard tank) and quoted over the phone. The tech Matt H was on time and did a great job to make sure we got the right tank for the house and got it all done in three hours (including one trip to the warehouse). While I hope we get a long life from this one, if ever we need another, WHO will be the first phone call!

Blaine and his assistant Nick installed my new bathroom vanity, fancy faucets and plumbing at a very affordable price and with only one day notice! Both Blaine and Nick were very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and requests.
