These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

Their refrigerator magnet will stay affixed to my refrigerator and I will certainly use them again.

I purchased an entire heating and AC system a few years back and spent over $16,000. I recently decided to call an independent maintenance company to just do a yearly checkup. They immediately noticed that Beutler installed the primary drain line backwards. They recommended that I call Beutler to have them redo it correctly. When Beutler came, the person that came, called his supervisor and they claim that it was done correctly. I had it verified by 2 independent experts and they both said the moment they look at it they can tell it was done incorrectly. Sound unethical to me. After spending that much money on my system I would think they would treat me better. I was wrong. Never again!

We purchased an HVAC system from Trevor who came to our home who not only explained the systems but educated us on the pros and cons of the various HVAC systems. Trevor was very personable and listened intently to our concerns and wants. He made the process easy for us to make an educated choice. We intended on only purchasing a heating system but decided to include AC after speaking to Trevor.Trevor did not try to upsell us or pressure sales us into anything. We fully trusted him and decided to go with Huft after interviewing other companies because we feel it was not only the price but the integrity and trust of the company as represented by Trevor. Trevor is an asset employee to Huft and we could not be happier to have dealt with Trevor as he went above and beyond to answer all our questions not to mention he’s a very nice human being.

I had Super Mario install a Rinnai RUR98IN replacing a 20 year old 75 gallon gas water heater. I called them on a Wednesday evening and got an appointment the following day to get a quote for the replacement.The appoint occurred right on time and beginning of only a 2 hour window (my experience is 4 hour windows are the most common). The price was what I expected considering I had to run a 30+ foot dedicated gas line. I received the quote ~5:00 PM and immediately agreed then wanted to know how quickly they could install. Later that night I received a call saying someone would be out the following morning. Right at 8:00 am the first guy showed up and started working. He and another guy who showed up at 9:00 am didn't stop working until 9:30 PM. Both were very pleasant and were definitely focused on quality and building code. They could explain what they were doing and any random question I came up with throughout the day. After they left I kept receiving error code 63 meaning the re-circulation pump wasn't moving a sufficient volume of water. I called the same night (and the owner answered). he gave me instructions to bleed the water line and reset the unit to clear the error code. He said to contact them again Saturday morning if it wasn't working. The following morning I texted the owner saying it was still displaying the error code. He responded before 8:00 am and was at my house around 9:00 am. It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose a part that needed to be switched out that was contingent upon the installation requirements.

Overall this is an awesome company. They are responsive, take their time and seem to care. I would do a lot more work on my house if every company worked like Super Mario. I honestly can't speak any higher of them. Great experience from beginning to end.
