Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

The technician from Park mechanical was very knowledgeable about my Puronics water Softener system. He explained what exactly he would be doing each step of the way.

They did an inspection of the safety of our furnace, finding it VERY dangerous to run (considering it is 45 years old) . We are having a new system installed. The technician was very professional and showed me all the problems. He crawled on the attic took pictures of my ducts and explained I was lucky that it quit working before having a fire or a carbon monoxide issue. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mitch has worked on several improvements to my home including connecting a tankless water heater for my backyard shower that a previous contractor had trouble with but mitch had that guy working in no time! He also converted my household water heater to a treeless one now I have no hot water worries! Mitch is very dendable and honest. He explored the pros and cons about the converting before i made my decision.
