Great experience working with this company. The plumbers, Mike and Matt were very professional, and knowledgeable. They took time to answer all of my questions, walked me through the process and gave me a couple of options for the repair. They both had a great attitude and were very friendly. Work was finished same day and they left the area sparkling clean. Would definately recommend!

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

I am writing this review on Bryant AC and Heating. 4 Seasons is a distributor of their products. Bryant AC is a national company that hides from Google reviews by not having a Google Biz Page and hides behind their franchised network. They gave me this vendors info as a way to fix my system. I have a newer Toll Brothers home and the system went out after 7 years and they won't cover it because I'm a second owner. My HVAC company tells me that this is a regular issue with Bryant. My comments here are...don't BUY a Bryant system. They build inferior products and don't stand behind them.

I am the Community Director of a senior complex located in Reno. I encounter a variety of plumbing issues from time to time. I called Michaels Plumbing and needed someone the same day. They were very accommodating and professional. The owner Michael himself came out to assist me during the day because all the techs were on other calls. Michael and his techs are always willing to make sure the job gets done right. They are very professional as well as very polite and friendly to both myself and my residents. Their office staff calls me every time to let me know updated times on when their techs will arrive at the property and to inform me of service calls the techs have set for return appts. Excellent customer service!
