The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. My mother’s sink was leaking, and being fairly new to the area, I didn’t have an established plumber. Looked on Yelp and read the reviews, which were great. Not only that, they were fairly close. When I talked to Taylor, their scheduler, she was so accommodating and nice. I was on a tight time frame and she was able to send Tracy over within the next 1/2 hour. Tracy not ONLY called to say he received the job, but actually told me his location and his ETA. Tracy diagnosed the issue, gave me the option of getting my own parts (appreciated that option) or using theirs (which was MOEN - same thing I would have bought myself) and gave me a quote for the entire cost. Their pricing was extremely competitive and Tracy was very thorough with his installation, cleanup and explaining how the new faucet worked to my mom. WE HAVE FOUND OUR PLUMBING SERVICE!!!!! Thank you Taylor and Tracy!!!!

Where do I start... I had made an appointment 2 weeks ago and needed some repairs from an inspection report completed. The lady that does the appointments scheduled me and I asked her/Beathany to ensure to check the report and photos to ensure the tasks can be repaired and completed at that time she gave me an email to send. I'm also living 4 hours away trying to sell this home and coordinate these repairs. Well the appointment comes 3 guys come out and literally state nothing needs to be repaired after they crawled around underneath the house.( I will attach photos in this review of those repairs needed. And you make your own decision if no repairs are needed). I then tried to get ahold of the guys to stress there is repairs and they didn't call me nothing just left. I then had to reschedule my appointment with Bethany which then she gave me a different email to send the photos for review. Again to ensure they could be completed. Never heard anything stating they could not be done. So my appointment was today 12/10 and the tec Tristan comes out very nice. Calls me asks what needs to be done. I said uhh you didn't review photos with bethany? He says no...
I set him photos and inspection report so he was clear on what to do. Welp looks like he can't do two out of the 3 ducting repairs. And he literally lifted the ducting with some sort of zip ties for 200 bucks. I
paid because I'm not that type but if you want chuck in the truck service call this company. I usually don't
have these issues with businesses but wow. So needless to say work was not done and what was
done was incorrect so I'm out 200 bucks and have to
find someone else to do the work correctly. Thanks

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

When I couldn't get it done. I called van Allen. They set me up for an appointment for the next day. Not only did they fix the leak. They sealed up the Frame behind the spout. Great job. 10/10 would call again.

We called them at 10 am as our hot water heater was going out. He showed up at 11 am. Gave us a quote and installed a new gas heater in 3 hours. Installer was pleasant and informative. His work was superb. I would recommend Reno Plumbing Doctor for any plumbing needs. We are very pleased.

The River City Team is amazing. Mike was prompt with his estimates, scheduling, follow-up. Johnny, the plumbing technician was timely, thorough, respectful, and did a superb job installing our steam shower and doing general plumbing repairs. Highly recommend.

I had minimal water pressure from the hot water side of my kitchen sink as well as the long time it took hot water to get to that faucet. Larrissa took my call and made sure I got in contact with a technician who could listen to my description of the problem. I was expecting a complex repair, even a re-circulating pump which would have been over a $1000 job. At my appointment, my plumber, Tracy, quickly diagnosed the problem as the sink faucet itself, and he also pointed out a corroded valve which would led to other problems soon. He explained my options for a faucet replacement and saved me well over $100 by allowing me to go buy a new faucet while he took out the old one. I have had excellent service at a fair price with every encounter with Ira Hansen & Sons Plumbing. Besides the excellent work they do, they have always gone above and beyond with their customer service, showing and explaining to me the issues, and providing me with available options. I had used Don Weston Plumbing for a number of years, and always had to put up with the benign neglect of usually taking 5-6 calls and as many weeks to hear back from him or have him show up, since that seems to be the way it works in Truckee. Recently, Don led me on for more than 3 months for a job he said he would do, including having me pick up and pay for parts for an aspect of the job. I finally simply asked him to let me know if he was going to actually do the job, after 3+ months of excuses, weeks of rescheduling walk throughs, and more broken promises. He didn’t even have the courtesy or respect to respond, so I got another plumber to do the job. The plumbing supply house would not take back all the parts Don had me buy for the job he bailed on (some cut pipe), and Don refused to refund me for those parts. This lack of professionalism to follow through on completing a job, and not have the simply courtesy to give me a yay or nay on it, but also the ethical shortcomings for not paying for the unreturnable parts - tells you all you need to know about him. Even in a heated conversation with him about him bailing on the job, he would take no responsibility for his behavior. Tradespeople and contractors are in demand in Truckee, which breeds arrogance in some thinking they can do whatever they want and treat people with disrespect. It doesn’t take a lot to be honest and treat people with respect - Don needs some more practice. Lots of other better plumbers out there to use and avoid the headaches.

Came within 2 hours and fixed the drain problem. Easy!

So far, I've been holding for 12 minutes to get a price for installing flooring...wake me up when they answer.

Had a leek under my house and called rooter man. Was given a time of two hours before they could get to me. Four hours later I had to call them back at which time I was told they were running late. When they arrived I told them I believed it was a PVC feeder line however with sever back issues along with age I was not being able to access the leek. After accessing the area through a large access door inside my house, tech was able to see leek without going any further. Confirmed that it was a leek in PVC line. Tech then left for Home Depot for a few fittings and a small piece of pipe and glue. He then returned went back under house to leek which was about seven feet away and took about 15 min. To make repair. Bill was 345.00 with no breakdown on bill. From past experience, I would have to guess that parts were around 20.00 to 25.00 dollars. Awful lot of money for maybe half of work.
