We used Freedom Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They came out the day after we called and did a great job at a reasonable price. Also used them a few weeks later when our garbage disposal went out. Very satisfied with their service, prices and response time.

They agreed to take a post dated check, even put it in the contract, then deposited it right away before the post date, and overdrew my checking account. The plumber they sent to do the installation was very rude. I will never use them again.

Phil and Denver did a great job replacing the hose bib on my outdoor faucet. It was leaking through the wall and into the house ruining the carpet. They were prompt, professional, and very friendly. They explained everything they would have to do. They will be the team i will call for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Phil and Denver for doing such a great job.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Beware! Complete shysters. No estimate given before they start the work and then they hose you. One drain costs $275. Then told me the drain did not need to be cleaned out! Called the company twice and asked them to make it right...Jessica Sather....they had no interest. Not a reputable company and will not use them again.

Straight Up Plumbing came to our house promptly at our appointment time and efficiently repaired our leaky faucets. Our repairman was very knowledgeable , friendly and explained things to us as he did the repair. We wholeheartedly recommend Straight Up Plumbing and we think that you will be pleased with their work.

Our water heater made us restart it constantly. they came out, did not pull a permit to install it. I asked repeatedly for them to pull a permit, they put me off for 6 months. When I finally have the inspector out he stated that there was repairs needed. I called to tell them. The guy on the phone spoke condescending and then when he kept asking over and over again about some tag that the inspector supposedly put on the water heater I told him over and over there was none. He hung up on me. SCAM company. AVOID this please like the plague!!!!

On my way to the contractors board this afternoon. Let them explain it to them.
