Straight Up Plumbing quickly got us on their schedule when one of our lawn sprinklers was apparently trampled by a wild horse. Shane arrived on time, diagnosed the extent of the damage, made a parts run, and had the whole thing fixed and operating properly in short order. I had called to get a quote on redoing my entire heat system with a radiant floor, and also to move a radiant baseboard pipe from my kitchen for a current remodel project. I immediately got an appointment to walk the project with promises to follow up on both the pipe and the flooring. Tomorrow, however, makes three weeks since the walk and I have called twice with no response or follow up.

Last week we had a water heater replaced. The tech like all in my experience in dealing with Savage and Son was great. The install went smoothly, the replacement is working as expected and the service was really outstanding. Mike was our service installer and his job was clean, efficient and he was a pleasure to have performing the removal and install. He is very experienced, thorough, and friendly. Mike, Mel and all the techs who have worked for us over the last 15 years have been great representatives of their company and craft. Thanks to all for the hot water too.
