Van Allen Plumbing has been referred to me twice through American Home Shield. The first time was last November for a leaking bathtub on the second floor and yesterday to replace my water heater. Both times Josh was the plumber to come out for service. He's very fast and gets it done right the first time. I would recommend this company and plumber to anyone. Total professional.

We have had mixed experiences with roto-rooter lately. They sent David out twice to fix two different issues at our home, and he seemed to make them worse. Not prepared for the jobs of unclogging a tub/sink and fixing a main water pipe. Had to make several trips to home depot and kept asking my husband for tools that you would think plumbers have with them. Not very professional in my opinion. However, when we contacted the office Jessica was able to sent Chayse to fix the mistakes within a few days and the jobs were done correctly and effectively. He arrived when scheduled to, had all his tools on hand or in his van, and was able to get them fixed within an hour. Thank you Jessica and Chayse. Especially for dealing with this old house of bad plumbing.

Do NOT ever use this company. Incredibly unprofessional, did not fix our toilet and the refused to come back and finish the job. All Staff is super rude - could care less about anymore business( or reputation) Told me to Go spend my money elsewhere on a $1500 Job. Worst plumbing company in the area. Hope this helps anyone reading this in the future - avoid at all costs.

Very skilled, kind ,and fair!!

My garbage disposal broke down on a Wednesday night. I called Savage and Sons at around 8:00 AM Thursday morning to see about replacing it. Their schedule was full, so they scheduled me for a couple weeks out, with a promise to get me in earlier if possible.

Only an hour later, Savage and Sons called. They were able to fit me in! So by noon the same day I had a new disposal.

The price for the unit and for the labor was more than fair, especially considering the prompt and professional service.

Stay Away. They showed up and told you something they can't fix and charge you $189.

Dirty plumber is a local business that provides fair prices and quicker service than the other companies in town, by far. I was also impressed with the service and the quality of the work from them. Best plumber I have found in Reno!

This company is outstanding! They are courteous and professional in every way. I needed a hot water heater replaced. They came out the day I called and installed it at the price quoted. These guys were great. They had a technician out here in 20 minutes who explained everything, traded out whatvhe had to in order to get it working since it was over time. He's coming bsck to replace the unit and we couldnt be happier with his professionalism, his demeanor and his trying to help save us some money on it too. Would happily recommend.
