The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

I had been making calls and getting estimates for a couple of weeks to get our water heater replaced. Other places I called in town were too busy to send someone out to give me a quote and couldn’t get me on the schedule for a few weeks. Then other places came out but were more expensive or didn’t back to me with a quote. I called Root-o-matic and even though they were busy too, someone came out right away. When he saw how bad our water heater was leaking he offered to pull it out right then and there and put a new one in the next morning. And also gave me a fair price. Our whole family is so grateful! Thank you Root-O-Matic and especially Darrin. Darrin was very experienced and skilled, and most importantly, kind. I’ll call these guys again if we need them.

Called in a request an 9 am in the morning on a Monday. Spoke with Taylor and she had a service tech at my front door 3 hours later. The tech, Tracy, was quick and effeciant and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

My granddaughter pulled the shower trap cover out while playing in the shower and her yellow ducky went down the drain lol So I called Van Allen Plumbing who are only several blocks from us. They were able to send help within an hour of my call. Josh was able to get the ducky out and save us from having a blockage problem!!! I recommend this business they were professional and timely with response to our plumbing problem.

Paul's was very good at letting us know when they were coming and it was a specific time and not a 4 hour window. Robert explained what he had tested and what things to watch for. Checked out the attic unit including checking the amount of insulation in the attic.

They tried to come out same day to fix my leaking tub but my schedule didn't allow so they were out the very next day. Thank you so much for your prompt response to my situation.

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

Got tired of taking lukewarm showers, gave them a call, Nate Anderson came by to check things out, and he and Mike Bass were here the next day with a water heater, plumbed it in right and got me back in a hot shower! I would definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs!

Jolly Rooter is a lifesaver. When I had my water heater burst at 3am, Rich was at my house fixing ASAP. He had all the tools and knowledge is required unlike some other “professional” plumbing contractors. He was fast and efficient and he didn’t price gouge me on the work. The company was very helpful, I called and they sent someone out immediately to work on my furnace.The technician was super professional and knowledgeable, he didn’t mind that I hovered to watch what he was doing. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was working properly before he left. What great service!!

Don is a wonderful person, with wonderful service. He has been to my house multiple times, and I have always been pleased with the service. I have recommended Don to others several times. schedule to come out to check septic tank same day, called me to verify and said yea ill give you a call right before I get there. Did not bother to let me know they would not be coming out after all. Poor communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
