Mike and Matt were very helpful, thorough and courteous. Fast response. Very good to deal with.

After repeated request for a call ahead Spencer Keife came without notice to service our furnace. I hope he did as he said. The furnace is on the roof and I did not get up there to watch.

We were also billed for another service of a single heater unit that was never looked at.

This is not the first time we have been billed for services that were not done.

Call Alexander Mechanical for service calls! This crew is great. Sent someone over to my house ASAP and fixed the issue quickly.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Toilet repaired

My husband and I contacted RHP to install a new AC and Heating unit since our 20+ year old system was not working well. Their team was courteous and professional. Adam thoroughly explained the different units and what would work best for our home. He didn't try to up sell us. We were so impressed with their work that we have made an appointment for them to install a water softener. I have also referred them to friends. Well done RFP!

Gibson was great. I have a unique Geo-Thermal / Water Furnace in my Truckee home. Few firms have the expertise and equipment necessary to service these highly efficient systems. Gibson scheduled within 2 days and performed a complete inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of the Water Furnace. Very pleasant to work with, and definitely knows his stuff. Knowledge technician explained everything well

A few years ago they installed a brand new water heater inside our home. The crew did an excellent job, they were quick and efficient, and we haven't had a single issue since. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend S&S Mechanical.

After having two other plumbers come to help resolve an issue with our water lines and heater we had Savage and Sons come out. Their plumber Tom was very professional and knowledgeable about what he thought our problem(s) might be and got them fixed for us. He was also very affable and communicated the problems and solutions very clearly.
We would recommend Savage and Sons as well as use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Brandon did an excellent job bringing my old furnace up to peak working condition again.
