Best Main Line Water Service in Reno NV

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

Mike and Lee came over to my rental house just to fix a leaky shower head. Not only did they get that done in a timely manner, they also gave me an estimate on a water line to my fridge and found a leak under my house. These guys killed it and with any other plumbing needs I may have I will definitely be requesting these two. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to and didn’t really have the time to. I don’t leave many reviews but I appreciate hard work when I see it. Thank you Mike and Lee.

River City Plumbing came into our new business to install 3 items to be able to get permitted. They were always on time, got the work done in a very timely manner, ahead of schedule, took the extra precautions when it came to safety, cleaned everything up like they were never there and helped get the permitting done very quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. A+++++

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

If we could give 6 stars we would! Ignacio and Anthony were extremely knowledgeable and professional! We had another company quote us a whole new system that would cost between $5000-$10,000…. With Igancio and Anthony’s expertise, we were able to remediate the actual issue for under $1000. We called multiple companies during the stress and their office was super nice and responsive. Do yourself a favor and ONLY call Ignacio and Anthony at Roto-Rooter.

Solano arrived at the beginning of the assigned appointment time. He assessed the hose bibs I wanted replaced, including getting in the crawl space. He left to get the necessary supplies based on my house and crawl space. When he came back, he was able to effectively and efficiently finish the job. He also gave me some advice on my sprinkler system that I am taking care of myself. Thanks again to Solano and to Ira Hansen and Sons.

My husband and I contacted RHP to install a new AC and Heating unit since our 20+ year old system was not working well. Their team was courteous and professional. Adam thoroughly explained the different units and what would work best for our home. He didn't try to up sell us. S&S replaced my old water heater. They did a great job and also added an expansion tank. They quickly got the old one out and the new one in. Same day service was much appreciated as well.

So far, I've been holding for 12 minutes to get a price for installing flooring...wake me up when they answer.

Paid nearly $1000 for guaranteed unclogging of our drain. They refused to go through toilet and went through a tiny drain in bathroom sink instead. They never finished the job, but kept the money anyway. We then paid another company half that and they unclogged by going through the toilet drain with no problems. Rooter man is a rip off. In addition to stealing from us, the manager/owner's son was the meanest and most unprofessional person we've ever done business with. I recorded our conversation on video and when I have time I will post for others to see the level of disrespect and immaturity this manager showed.
