Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

I had a wonderful experience with Rapid Rooter. Cameron and Johnny were excellent! They were friendly, professional, and had the job done quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Paul’s Plumbing and Heating for years. The customer Service we get is always amazing. Thomas is the best and both he and James never fail to take great care of us. The owner Michael really cares about their customers and their reputation so we always get great follow up as well. We just had a very serious issue with our ducting and could not use our heater. With the weather turning colder and colder, this was a big deal! Thomas was here within two business days and everything was fixed in one day! Just in time for the big chill too! Once again, they thrilled us with their customer service!

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

Do not support this incredibly immature owner. If you want to be charged $180 for a couple of guys to sit in their van and eat their lunch, he's your guy.

This is probably the most cruel someone has ever treated me in a professional setting. When I discovered that I was overcharged by an hour and called to inquire with Wallace Van Allen—the owner—I was name-called, demeaned and told that I should be charged *more* just for wasting his time on the phone. He refused to even hear my perspective, spoke over me talking in circles and making things up, and ultimately told me I was wrong and refused that I had any legitimate perspective, even though I had doorbell camera footage proving otherwise.

Had 2 issues, primary was suspected broken pipe on a slab foundation, Plumbing Doctor came in and identified the pipe with issue and instead of breaking the foundation which would have a huge cost, they were able to reroute the water through the attic, which completely eliminated the leak. Also had the water heater/boiler maintenance, exhaust replaced, all in all this was fantastic experience, the team was professional and efficient and explained the needs and gave options on what and how things could be done. Extra kudos for the quality of the work, any drywall cut was symmetrical and clean, which will make the repair much easier.

I had an appointment last week for PVC replacement on an irrigation system. The appointment was between 10-12. I called at 12 because the technician had not arrived. The technician said that he would be there an hour late. The quote I received was for approximately $800 and they couldn’t do it the same day. I decided to shop around and found two separate companies that would do the same work for $120-$140. I chose one of those companies and the work was completed perfectly the same day.

Called this morning and talked to Taylor in regards to noise I heard when turning on water. She immediately ask if she could have Tracy out to my house today between 11:00 am and 12:00 and would I be available? I get a call back at 10:30 and it's Tracy saying he's 10 minutes out, would that be ok? Heck Yes!Tracy showed up, tested my water pressure which was OK but did determine that I should think about changing out my 15 year old water heater as she's ending her serviceable life. On my list of things to get handled here in the next month and Ira Hansen Pluming and Tracy will get the job. Thanks again for Outstanding Service!Dave Alcorn

Honestly, they're HONEST! They came to my salon even though they don't usually do commercial work. Assessed our toilet situation and worked on our shampoo bowls. The bowls were something they haven't done before and at first it didn't work. But The owner came back as soon as I contacted him. At 8pm he got the right parts, refunded me in full and rebuilt the bowls correctly. I'm a business owner, and these guys know how to do business, plus our shampoo bowls have never been better. We'll be using them when our new toilet comes in.

Cary and crew have been done installation, maintenance, and problem resolution for over 20 years on my very complicated HVAC systems. The system was designed by a mechanical engineer. Cary had to work through a long list of design problems and equipment failures I doubt could have been resolved by anyone but Cary. Gibson does things RIGHT!

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Thank you Mr. Weston, and I hope I’ll have the privilege to retain your services again when future plumbing related needs come up. -jojo

Came very quick and did fast job

So far, I've been holding for 12 minutes to get a price for installing flooring...wake me up when they answer.

Paid nearly $1000 for guaranteed unclogging of our drain. They refused to go through toilet and went through a tiny drain in bathroom sink instead. They never finished the job, but kept the money anyway. We then paid another company half that and they unclogged by going through the toilet drain with no problems. Rooter man is a rip off. In addition to stealing from us, the manager/owner's son was the meanest and most unprofessional person we've ever done business with. I recorded our conversation on video and when I have time I will post for others to see the level of disrespect and immaturity this manager showed.
