Logan replaced the water heater at our home. Logan was very polite, and did a great job on the install. After the install, we had the building inspector come out for the final inspection and it passed with no issues whatsoever.

Van Allen Plumbing has been referred to me twice through American Home Shield. The first time was last November for a leaking bathtub on the second floor and yesterday to replace my water heater. Our hot water stopped working early Saturday morning. I called just before 7:30 am and left a message. My call was returned within 5 minutes and they had a technician out to our house within the hour. Our technician was Thayne. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to give us the options for getting the problem solved and was able to provide the pros and cons for each of the options. The work was done very quickly and we are very happy with the results.
