Best Gas Leak Detection in Reno NV

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

Rich scheduled me for the very next Saturday and fixed my faucet problem the same day. He called before my scheduled appointment and was able to come early. They were knowledgeable and polite and got the job done quickly and professionally. They were nice to my pets and were mindful of the door when coming and going to be sure they were kept inside. I called several companies around me in California then decided to call Gibson Plumbing. Michelle told me that they are licensed to service California. I talked to Cary who had me take pictures of my old A/C and heater unit. He gave me options then set a date to come out here. He showed up with 3 other of his employees and had everything finished before any of the other companies would even look at it. The job is clean, it worked the first time. I am very happy with their work and I recommend them to anyone needing work done.

S&S replaced my old water heater. They did a great job and also added an expansion tank. They quickly got the old one out and the new one in. Same day service was much appreciated as well.

I called them and asked for a quote to unclog my drain. I was quoted 127.00.
When the plumber showed up not only did he have a negative attitude saying that this couldve waited till morning. I told him that my toilets and shower were backfilling and that i have 3 kids. To unclog it. 20 min later i got a bill for 191.25. He said that I needes to pay him overtime. It was 12am so i agreed and gave him my debit card info. Well theyre not smart enough to run a card . long story short my landlord. Received threatening letters saying they were going to sue them and put a lien on the house. Major headache and very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

This company is outstanding! They are courteous and professional in every way. I needed a hot water heater replaced. They came out the day I called and installed it at the price quoted. Shane is a very skilled and knowledgeable plumber and he worked late to get the job done. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs in the Carson Valley.

Quinn Reid, the technician that serviced our two gas fireplaces was superior! He was on time and efficient. The reason for only 4 stars in the review is because we had an issue with the appointment manager: She asked that we pay in advance over the phone. We have been clients of this company for over 5 years (they installed our gas fireplace and a new furnace in a rental property) and we had always paid the technician following the service. We declined and paid the technician, as usual. The servicing by Quinn Reid was excellent!

Spoke on the phone for less than 30 seconds and refused service before even saying what in regards to. Very rude and unprofessional, do not recommend doing business with this company.

slow, unorganized, don't return calls, and when you finally get them on the schedule to finish, they don't and bump you out another 3 weeks.

Our water heater went out yesterday, I called Nick and asked how soon they could come out and replace it and today at 11:00 am it's done. I thought I would have to go with out hot water for weeks, so I can't express how grateful I am with the fast, professional response. Tracy did the install and he was extremely professional, courteous and an all around great guy. I can't thank NHC Plumbing enough and I would highly recommend them. Thank you thank you thank you!!
