The owner jay is super unprofessional. He was rude and outright nasty. When doing a plumbing job for a next door neighbor, they started drilling cement at 7am. The patch they were working on was 5 feet from my door and they all had proper ear protection and no one from the street had been notified of the work. When brought up to jay outside, how long the job would take, he got political and told me I should ask the president. He then proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t important enough to be notified and that he was merely trying to make a living. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else and give another good, honest and decent company your money.

IHS is a great outfit to work with. When I needed a plumber, Taylor answered my call and was quick to schedule some help for my leaking faucet. Tracy came out and assessed the situation, explained my options clearly, and when we agreed on the fix, was quick to complete it. He made sure I was satisfied with what he had done, cleaned up the worksite, and got rid of the trash. This is the third time I have called on IHS for different problems and would call again if I needed a plumber.

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

I called Mike at RCP about a leaking shower valve that was dripping into the garage. He took the time to see if any of the service providers were available immediately. Unfortunately no one was available on such short notice, so I did shut off the water and did the repair myself. However, his responsiveness and willingness to try speaks volumes about their customer service attitude. Military and Vets take note that RCP supports your service and offers a military/vet discount. Thank you for your support. They will become my go-to plumbing team.

Excellent service. I called to have several jobs done and got an appointment the same day. Tracy even called back with an earlier opening that came up! Taylor arrived on time and was professional informative and helpful. He got all three jobs done quickly and pleasant to work with. I was quite happy with the service.

S&S replaced my old water heater. They did a great job and also added an expansion tank. They quickly got the old one out and the new one in. Same day service was much appreciated as well.

I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest

We had been experiencing water hammer in most of the pipes in our home since purchasing it a few months ago. We called Jack who was able to schedule us for the next business day. He sent Enrique, who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. No more water hammer! Unlike many of the plumbers in town, Jack doesn't charge a dispatch fee and pricing is up-front and honest. There was no mark-up for parts. Do mention the first-time customer discount, but know that you'll be glad to call Jack again!

I contacted Straight Up! Plumbing to reinstall plumbing after our new counter tops were installed. First, they communicate better than any contractor I have worked with, and there have been a lot! They use phone, email and texting to keep you informed every step of the way. Robert, who did the actual work, went above and beyond to make sure we had a usable kitchen, staying late on a Friday night to complete the work. I highly recommend them for your next plumbing need.
