The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. We had a very positive experience with Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean Simpson replaced our 19 year old water heater today. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and accountable. He took the time to come early to inspect our old water heater to determine the specific parts he needed. He also kept us apprised of when he would be returning to do the actual installation, and his progress along the way. He represents Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing very well and we will definitely contact them again for any future plumbing needs!

I have been working on getting natural gas hooked up to my mobile home. The folks at NV Energy on Ohm st. have been very helpful. I needed a pressure and manometer test and I was referred to Mike Bass at RCP. He in turn set me up by e-mail with Douglas. I especially want to thank Jeff, He called and found out just what NVE wanted and arranged with the City inspector often having to work it in his schedule, but we got it done and I now have Natural Gas!!
These folks know what it means to an individual to receive excellent Customer Service!!!

Gibson was great. I have a unique Geo-Thermal / Water Furnace in my Truckee home. Few firms have the expertise and equipment necessary to service these highly efficient systems. Gibson scheduled within 2 days and performed a complete inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of the Water Furnace. Very pleasant to work with, and definitely knows his stuff. Our water heater was outdated and costing a lot, so we decided to have a new energy efficient one installed. We were worried about the cost, because money is tight, but Bill at S&S walked us through pricing and gave us a great quote!

I had a problem with my furnace, I called Hawthorne plumbing to have it fixed. The technician Anthony said it was a PVC pipe clogged. He fixed it but wrong because it broke, and started to leak through my ceiling. Another technician from Hawthorne plumbing admitted it was done wrong when he came to check my water heater. I called Hawthorne plumbing to come to check it out. They sent a technician named Shane who told me there was nothing he can do, so he left the PVC pipe broke with no solution to fix it. The AC drip pan was not leaking before the first technician so called fixed it, then after he left it dropped water through my ceiling. They say if it isn't fixed the first time, it's free. Well will see because it wasn't fixed, they cause more of a problem. I suggest another company to fix your plumbing/air conditioning and heating needs. I paid for a check up service, but after their technician told me there's nothing they can do, what good is this company when another company has to fix their broken pipe and AC drip pan.

Service Tech, Roxie, was prompt and friendly and replaced my circulating pump with no hitches. Cleaned up afterwards and was done in less than an hour.

Michael did an excellent job of explaining and showing us what was causing our issue and he was able to correct it quickly.

Our maintenance team called them to fix a urinal at a Dayton store plumber seemed angry refused to speak on the phone with our maintenance or manager fixed the problem for now then left a mess handed over a copy of the invoice turned around and stormed out! Also told me I owed him $150 on top of the other fees I did not want to approach him anymore!
