The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. I called Hansen plumbing to repair a slow leak in my crawl space. Their plumber came out, crawled under the house and then told me that a lot of my plumbing was not up to code. I told him I just wanted the leak fixed. He asked me if I just wanted to put a bandaid on it. I said no, I wanted the leak fixed properly. He said it would be $700. I told him no thanks. I called another reputable company. They sent out a plumber who replaced the leaking section of pipe and replaced some other piping that wasn't in good shape. Their bill was $400. The guy from Hansen was trying to play us.

Do not support this incredibly immature owner. If you want to be charged $180 for a couple of guys to sit in their van and eat their lunch, he's your guy.

This is probably the most cruel someone has ever treated me in a professional setting. When I discovered that I was overcharged by an hour and called to inquire with Wallace Van Allen—the owner—I was name-called, demeaned and told that I should be charged *more* just for wasting his time on the phone. He refused to even hear my perspective, spoke over me talking in circles and making things up, and ultimately told me I was wrong and refused that I had any legitimate perspective, even though I had doorbell camera footage proving otherwise.

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

They charged me 240$, and left accomplishing nothing! Then hawthorne plumbing came that evening, and they completely fixed the problem.

Taylor was fantastic when we called. Tracy was excellent in helping to solve our problems (garbage disposal - back-up issues). Very professional- excellent customer experience.

Rich and Adam are perfectionists. A difficult to reach outdoor faucet.. we are talking tiny crawl space.. did not change the attention to detail to make it perfect. I also have a beautiful new kitchen sink faucet that has all the new functions. Was a pleasure to do business with them!

I had a major winter problem with snow covering the vents for the water heater and furnace. Don immediately came out, evaluated the problems and got to work with his crew. He worked with the furnace repairman, kept me informed and solved the problem. This is a man that knows the worD SERVICE.

Came within 2 hours and fixed the drain problem. Easy!

Brandon was amazing! Quick, no nonsense,upfront and great at diagnosing both problems. He also gave me advice for follow up maintenance. Great service, I'd recommend them and Brandon any day of the week.

Our water heater made us restart it constantly. they came out, did not pull a permit to install it. I asked repeatedly for them to pull a permit, they put me off for 6 months. When I finally have the inspector out he stated that there was repairs needed. I called to tell them. The guy on the phone spoke condescending and then when he kept asking over and over again about some tag that the inspector supposedly put on the water heater I told him over and over there was none. He hung up on me. SCAM company. AVOID this please like the plague!!!!

On my way to the contractors board this afternoon. Let them explain it to them.
