These folks could be great, I would not know. So Google is a now asking us to rate our experiences visiting websites???? It's not enough that Google follows our every step? Hey Google you've gone a little too far.

They just installed a new furnace and some new duct work in the mountains. The team works well together, are very efficient, and did a beautiful job on time and on budget. They are tolerant of me asking question after question about a new system and are diligent in getting me the answers. They have earned the respect of local inspectors. Would have given 5 stars had the tech called ahead to let us know when he was coming. I called the office approximately 45 minutes before the close of the quoted window and Pam apologized for not letting me know the tech was still at the previous appointment. She did say we would get a call shortly but rather than a call, Jason appeared at our door only 7 minutes past the time expected. Jason did a great job of discovering issues as well as doing the maintenance on our furnace. We decided it was well worth it and signed up for a maintenance contract.

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Thank you Mr. Weston, and I hope I’ll have the privilege to retain your services again when future plumbing related needs come up. -jojo

A few years ago they installed a brand new water heater inside our home. The crew did an excellent job, they were quick and efficient, and we haven't had a single issue since. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend S&S Mechanical.

In the past our family has had good results from this company. However, we received a quote to have some work done. A couple of months later a different technician came to our house and gave us a quote of over DOUBLE of the original quote. I called and had a lengthy discussion with a manager. They did not honor the original quote! We ended up paying about $400 over the original quote and the technician & manager, both bad mouthed the employee that gave us the original quote. Their stance was that the original person under bid the job and did not know what they were talking about or doing. I am the CUSTOMER and the company's personnel problems are NOT the customer's issue.
And, Jesse, the guy who did the work today said he was going to talk to me about doing the job 'on the side' to save me money. So apparently, their employees are not very loyal to their employer!

These folks have the right equipment and get right to it. If you have drain problems, this company will fix it. Highly recommend them.

Prompt and honest. When the job I hired him for became simpler than expected he lowered his quote upfront. Super easy to work with, would recommend.
