Mike and Matt arrived during the assigned window and were friendly and polite. We had a secondary water issue pop up earlier that day that was the city’s issue but they both rolled with how to turn the water off to the house while the turn off valve was covered in almost 2’ of water.

My granddaughter pulled the shower trap cover out while playing in the shower and her yellow ducky went down the drain lol So I called Van Allen Plumbing who are only several blocks from us. They were able to send help within an hour of my call. Josh was able to get the ducky out and save us from having a blockage problem!!! Best commercial plumbing contractor in town

After 16 years on the same water heater, we finally needed an update. We called many companies and River City Plumbing came back with the most fair quote for a new tank, recirculating pump, and labor. Upon removing the old tank, Mike and his team discovered some significant water damage and mold to the platform that the tank sits on. They were able to put the water heater on an extension that allowed us to have hot water for the week that the mold problem was cleaned and River City also subcontracted with a construction company that fixed all the drywall and rebuilt the platform. Throughout the entire process, Mike was professional, friendly, available to my constant questions and texts, and he even reached out a week after the work was done to make sure we were happy with everything. We were very happy overall with River City Plumbing and Mike. Thank you for everything!
