Best Any Water Heater in Reno NV

Installed reverse osmosis filter under sink and never checked to see if there was any leaks and water line had puncture holes in it. Would not work with my schedule and told me he was going to call me back and that was a month ago. I will be changing it myself because plumber is unreliable. Find a different plumber to do your work.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

IHS is a great outfit to work with. When I needed a plumber, Taylor answered my call and was quick to schedule some help for my leaking faucet. Tracy came out and assessed the situation, explained my options clearly, and when we agreed on the fix, was quick to complete it. He made sure I was satisfied with what he had done, cleaned up the worksite, and got rid of the trash. This is the third time I have called on IHS for different problems and would call again if I needed a plumber.

My insurance company send a work order to this company. They will not answer the phone or call back.

Paul's was incredibly professional and in and out with the fixes needed! They were also great communicating leading up to my appointment to make sure I knew when they were on the way over. Highly recommend!

We used Freedom Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They came out the day after we called and did a great job at a reasonable price. Also used them a few weeks later when our garbage disposal went out. Very satisfied with their service, prices and response time.

Always a pleasure working with Roto-Rooter. Came to my house and installed our RV Dump station before concrete was laid down. Showed up on time and had the pump installed before the concrete guys leveled the yard. They've done toilet repairs, plumbing leaks and other repairs around the house as well. Everyone that has come out has been professional and the prices are reasonable.

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Mickey did a great job fixing the outdoor faucet ,it was a tough job for he has to crawl under our house to changed the pipe.
