I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

They are the BEST of the BEST. I can't recommend Golden Rule Plumbing Services enough. I emailed them late last night, they replied instantly and were here the very next day. The owner and his crew were professional, quick and extremely reasonable with their prices. I can't thank them enough, they are by far the best plumbing service i've ever used.

TCR plumbing is the best! Fair price and great friendly service. I would recommend their work to anyone. I had a plumbing emergency last week during the Holidays. Terry and crew came out and had me up and running that day. Just in time for family coming into town. Terry and team have been very friendly and accommodating. Some of the worst service I've ever received. Our Weathermasters installed HVAC goes out every winter. They never show up in the time slot which they say they will and have never fixed the problem. I do not recommend.

I had some questions about dehumidifying my home and spoke with Kevin from Cape Fear. He was very thorough in explaining my options, the issues I was facing, and the issues underlying THOSE issues. I was really impressed, especially since Cape Fear isn't a Carrier dealer (I have a Carrier AC unit that was the root cause of the issue) and Kevin took his time making sure I understood even knowing it might not make the company money. Using his advice, I was able to identify and fix the problem. Great company! I'll be looking into a Trane when my current unit goes :-)

Went all weekend without hot water; called William Parrish, Monday morning at 9, he was at our house by 1 and hot water heater repaired shortly thereafter for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again and will recommend to all who need such services.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Air Experts Heating & Cooling. I called for heating service in the very early am, and a Service Tech (Oscar Angeles Duran) was at my home approximately 6 hours later. I called due to heat on, but no heat. Oscar Angeles Duran was both friendly and professional, he quickly diagnosed my issue, and discussed the resolution with me. Most importantly, Oscar Angeles Duran adhered to COVID safety precautions by arriving at my home fully masked. There are numerous Heating and Air companies to select from, I am very confident that I made a wise choice in calling Air Experts Heating & Cooling. Five Stars!!

Plumberken to the rescue!! We bought our house 16 years ago. It is in a slab. No basement and no crawl space. We are from OH, so all our homes had a basement.
A couple years ago, We noticed our spare room carpet was saturated. At first, it was 'uh oh.
Blame it in the dog' haha. Then realized it was a LEAK! Of course the plumbing is in the walls, under the floor and who knows..oh wait! Ken knows!! He located and repaired the leak timely and with minimal invasion.
Another instance, in the laundry room, we noticed the floor felt very warm. The ground outside was also very wet. Ken located the leak under the washer. Did some digging and repaired the leak.
This Friday we walked into to closet and got wet feet! OH KNOW, A LEAK! Ken inspected the outside closet where the hot water tank is. Wet! He located the leak and repaired it!
Ken has also did a remodel in our kitchen, installing a new sink and dishwasher, unfroze pipes at our well, and installed outside spickets.
Ken is knowlagble in every aspect of plumbing. He is a true professional in every way! So grateful for all his kindness and good work

Appointment was 5-7 pm. After I called the repairman showed up arount 7:45. He was pleasant but asked me several times what I wanted him to do even though I had shown him what was the problem with the continuous water flow in the tank. He replaced the part (which sells at Lowes for $12 to $40) and presented me with a bill for $229.52 which was after a $75 advertised discount. Labor was $289 which I think is rediculous. He was here for approximately 30 minutes. Needless to say I think I was overcharged, repairman was very late (and I had to call to find out when he would show up - was told I would be notified within 30 minutes before he arrived) and obviously he was not informed as to what he needed to do. Not professional, lack of communication, overpriced.

Cameron was professional, courteous and helpful. He answered all of our questions, repaired toilet in timely manner, and completed tasks to our satisfaction. We will use this company again for future repairs.

Aron Grant solved our plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. He was thorough and friendly. He is a highly competent professional. He also politely covered his shoes to prevent tracking dirt in the house during each of his several trips in and out of the house to complete his work. Thank you!

Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldn't pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my son's house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help!

Technician Raymond was great. I had numerous questions about some other issues unrelated to the routine service and he was very helpful explaining sump pumps, sealed crawl spaces and dehumidifiers. Great service!
