Best Water Heater Replacement in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Ridiculously high price! The man spent literally 10 minutes rebuilding the interior of toilet. Cost $269.00 arrived at 8:34 wrote bill at 8:44. Never again will I call Schwartz Plumbing!

It was an interesting day. I felt BAD for Scott and Todd who showed up exactly on time and did a quick and great job only to have a brand new water heater turn out to be defective. Tech was professional and responsive when on-site.Dissatisfied with communication leading up to appointment and extensive delay in arrival; given window of 1400-1600, but did. It arrive until 1819. Extremely inconvenient and in my opinion poor service. This is not the tech, but how they schedule appointments.All prior experiences have been extremely positive.
