Had a problem with the water heater and my roommate was able to get him out to Wendell within a few hours. Fixed quickly and well done.

I am so impressed with this company and with the owner, Terry! I had a leak that went through the wall of my house and I just knew that it was going to cost a fortune. The technician that came out was so kind and efficient. I later learned that this company is serviced based, not profit based. They thanked me for my service and they refused to make a profit off of the work they did for me. This company reminded me that there are good people in the world. I appreciate Terry and his staff! I had one of those jobs where there were a lot of glitches. I bought the wrong sized toilet, then when the re-ordered toilet came it was broken. Drew was very kind and patient and helped me out so much. He went above and beyond to make sure everything got done correctly and by the book. He was also good at explaining what he was going to do and why. He was also cool about laying off the up-selling and just letting me get done what I had originally asked for. He is very responsive, punctual, thorough, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Drew/PLMR.

I reached out and set up a time for Andy to come by and get a scope of the work. First time he set up to be at our home between 1-2. 4 pm rolls around and I don’t hear from him. Finally at 4:15 I get text that he won’t make it and needs to reset. 4 hrs later he decides to let me know he could go by same time the next day. He comes by, spends time looking over what is needed. So then 3 days go by until I hear how he wants to perform the work, I don’t receive any formal quote and his suggestion is completely different to what I had suggested on how to go about it. I then suggest to meet with him at the home when I will be there so we can formulate a plan. He doesn’t respond so I text again. Finally I hear back and he says he thinks I should go with my first plan with no explanation of what that means and I ask what that means and I get no response. I paid $50 for him to come by to review the job and got zero out of it. I wouldn’t recommend this guy to anyone. I thought with seeing his prior reviews it would be a good experience but I was wrong. Just terrible communication, tardy and zero follow through.

Based on Alan’s response I am even happier I didn’t use him, no apologies for not showing up for two hrs and not letting us know as my wife waited for him. Then also saying he didn’t take the job because it may violate code. He never said any of this as he communicated with us via text and I have all the communications. Complete lies and opposite of reviews I have seen here. Glad everyone else seems to have a good experience, ours was not.

They repaired my water heater and it works fine. However their scheduling department or process needs work that took the longest time (3 weeks)
