Great plumber!

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Service Experts were recommended to me by my neighbor who has used them for many years. Based on my experience, I’ll use them forever, too.My mom’s AC went out at night on 8/1. August 2nd was the first day of the three hottest days of the year. It was 87 in the house. I called Thursday. Service Experts were here on Thursday. Tim was so impressive in diagnosing the AC problems & communicating them to me. If you only knew what that entailed (crawling in a small earthen crawl-pace), you’d understand my appreciation. Brian, a consultant, arrived to explain to me my options. He patiently & thoroughly explained them to me. No pressure whatsoever. Just giving me the facts.Before he came, I was adamant about not replacing mom’s unit b/c I knew the house may be sold w/in a year. So, I opted for the repair option. After another sweltering night, I decided I needed to replace the outdated unit. I called @ 8:00am on Friday. Before 10:00am, Todd, another consultant, arrived. Yes. That quickly. Todd was amazing! He laid out my choices & described the benefits of the Advantage Plan. Within 30 minutes, I was signed up, approved, & scheduled for delivery/installation on Monday. And much to my surprise, Todd called me a few hours later to say he had worked out a way to install the unit the next day on Saturday. Two days (& sweltering nights) early. By mid-afternoon on Saturday (thanks to the hard work of Nelson & David), mom’s house was cool again. The installers weathered an unexpected, pretty serious thunderstorm in order to finish as quickly as possible. They arrived on time, were hard working, & extremely polite.So,-hottest days of the year. -extremely busy market (competitors were looking at a week+ for installation)-low inventory due to CoVid supply chain issues-I called late Thursday & was sitting in cool air by Saturday afternoon.Can any company top that? I doubt it.

I have used Cape Fear for over ten years now. And I can’t say enough good things about Rodney. He is a senior technician for them. He is very knowledgeable and posses great professionalism. I have to mention that my Trane system is a very complex machine. it has a computer, Wi-Fi and it has a variable speed compressor and air handler. Upon demand the compressor and air handler turns on at 1/10 of 1%. It’s the quietest system I’ve ever seen. True comfort. The skill and care that Rodney shows is what makes all the difference for me on choosing Cape Fear!

They were incredibly accommodating of my sporadic schedule and quickly discovered and repaired the problem area in our home. The worked quick and efficiently. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew was the BEST plumber I ever know. He explained everything clearly. My house got water heater install as well as three toilets and faucet. All things done neat and quick. His charge is fair and reasonable. He is professional and always on time. His personality is super nice and sincere. And of course, he is trustable and you can count on him whenever you need plumber services ! Great job Drew :)

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Michael and Sons for Water Heater replacement. Today- Technician David and Luis showed up at my residence. David and Luis were both extremely professional and the job they did is nothing less than PERFECT. My water heater is located in my garage, when they finished the job, they cleaned up the work area and everywhere in close proximity- they left it cleaner than it originally was before they started. I’m extremely impressed with these two young men. Michael and Sons are lucky to have them as employees. Keep up the great work and give these boys a raise. Well deserved.
