Best Water Line Repair in Raleigh NC

Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Joseph and Matthew at Golden Rule Plumbing!! I had a few other plumbers come to our house and NONE of them would actually diagnose the root cause of our plumbing/sewage problem; they merely charged us for the visit and told us we needed to call someone else. However, when I spoke to Joseph at Golden Rule, HE was willing to work with us and actually get under our house to see what was causing our problems! He showed us pictures of a pipe that had come loose and was flooding the crawl space. He was the ONLY one (along with Matthew) who was willing to FIX it AND put in a new water heater (that no longer worked)!! I am incredibly grateful for Joseph!! As the name of his company implies, he truly does do unto others! He was very professional and specific and KNEW what he was doing!! He didn't give us any runaround! He and Matthew stayed until the job was finished and it got dark! His honesty and integrity truly stand out. Thanks to Joseph, we don't have to take cold showers any more!! Brrrr! These guys are great. My mother's house had the pipes burst due to extreme high PSI from the town supply. We were lucky to catch them with time and they jumped right in and got our house completely re-piped in a single day. Amazing and I honestly still cannot believe they pulled this off. Great people. Thanks so much for taking care of things.

Not professional and a poorly run company; Jason their technician was not interested in making any repairs. He only wanted to replace, which is clearly how they make their money. Their prices are extremely overpriced for the work quoted, Jason tried to tell me that plumbing prices are higher in Raleigh than anywhere else in the country.

Lastly electronics disappeared after the technician left; not only do they rip you off price wise, but they also help themselves to your stuff on their way out.

I spoke to the supervisor to express my concerns and he couldn't even be bothered to turn his car radio down to hear me.

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

I called the Art of Plumbing to get a quote replacing a kitchen faucet . I already having about half a dozen quote from $80- $150. for labors only.
this guy charging $250 , I asked him why $250 ...... buyer be aware.

Horrible company. There was a job I needed done that would take no more than 45 minutes and $50 of parts. The guy came to look and then said he would write up the charge. Then he come back inside from his truck and says it will cost $850!!!!! I ended up doing it myself for the $50 of parts and the 45 minutes. So they wanted $1200/hour. AVOID!!!

We had a great experience with Kevin B at Cape Fear, following a recent HVAC issue. He had the parts readily available and explained exactly what was needed. We appreciated the up front quote and timely service.

Dealing with water pressure issue. Called and had Austin swing by in the afternoon. Gave me a recommendation and some others to look into. Switched out the pressure valve in no time. Professional and expeditious. Pricey but you get what you pay for I guess. Will absolutely use again.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
