Today is New Year’s Day! We have company in town. One of our toilets stopped flushing. I contacted Jason based on reviews; as I have a longtime plumber who is scheduled for tomorrow—I needed a plumber today! Jason came out. He was very professional and efficient from the start. Chris was extremely helpful and professional with his services. He clearly answered all questions that I had and also advised me on things to look for once his work was completed if a revisit would potentially be needed. He was respectful of our space as my wife and I work from home and are on calls constantly. The time that it took to complete his services were within the time frame he initially advised. What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I had a very easy initial phone call to set up a plumbing appointment for repairs I needed in my home.

Earl came to my house on time and provided a call 15min ahead of arrival. He came by to look at a few plumbing repairs and was very friendly and honest. He removed a kitchen faucet for me where I had a tough time doing the job myself and then installed the new faucet I had purchased from Lowe's. He also looked at two toilets of mine that were leaking and provided his assistance at a complimentary fee. In addition, he left me with a new fill valve and stopper for my use so that I can make the replacement myself to help save me some extra $. I appreciated that he was willing to teach a new homeowner how to diagnose problems and make the repairs to avoid having to call a plumber next time. I would recommend Earl and Schwartz Plumbing to a family member or friend.
