Best Water Heater Issue in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Great experience! Very friendly, reasonably priced. He did some work while I wasn't able to be home and sent photos to show me the work and even checked in to make sure everything was good once I got home. Great job, great service. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone locally.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

Jason was patient and thorough when explaining the potential causes of the leak in our master bedroom's bathroom. With his help we considered all possible scenarios and identified the culprit, which he fixed promptly.

I cannot say enough good things about Peaches Plumbing. I had a hot water heater leak and my regular plumber was unavailable. I called around and Peaches Plumbing was recommended by another plumbing business. I am so happy I called! Josh was so quick to respond. He called me back within 20 minutes and then FaceTimed with me to walk me through how to turn the hot water off. The next day water was continuing to leak through the ceiling. He texted with me up until 11:00pm gathering information to help me solve the problem. He came out the next day and drained the water heater so the leaking stopped. I ended up needing to replace it-and Josh shopped around to find one that would save me money. He and his guy removed my old water heater and installed a new one in the attic. They did a fantastic job-kept everything neat and dry. He even vacuumed after he finished. He stayed to make sure I had hot water before he left.

This was such a stressful time because while all of this was going on I was also preparing to move. Josh went above and beyond and was a total lifesaver. Very knowledgeable and dependable. Peaches Plumbing is the best!!!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Called them yesterday afternoon and they had availability for the next day. Tech arrived on time and after completing his diagnostic he explain me what needed to be replaced and the amount of the whole labor. In less than 15 min he replace the parts and my toilet is working again. Fast and awesome services.

It's hard to find a good plumber. Fortunately, those at Fuller Services did a fantastic job. They were easy to schedule, on time, and personable. It was easy to get in contact with the assigned plumber as needed, and they shared information freely. The completed work was good quality as were the products they sold. On multiple occasions, they were very accommodating to ensure we were able to get everything switched over the same day so we didn't have to go without hot water for more than a couple hours. I highly recommend them!

Mark was great! Really nice and attentive to what I told him about the problem. He was able to fix my AC after a thorough inspection of the unit.

I called CK yesterday about replacing my hot water heater was given a price over the phone I immediately told them to do the work the technicians arrived early for my install today and in an hour everything was completed . Chris and Ray were an awesome team and they answered every question I had . I now have a plumbing company that I will use in the future . Highly recommend calling these guys first .

Service was on time and PROFESSIONAL. Immediately responded to my call and were at my home repairing my faucet and toilet the next day. Prices were FAIR and employees were a pleasure to have in my home!

We called Carolina plumbing to install a toilet that we had already purchased from Lowes who gave us a price of 176.00 to install with delivery. We couldn't agree on a good time line so I decided to bring the toilet home and call a plumber on my own, I called Carolina plumbing and told them I needed a toilet installed and remove a second triolet to check the flange he never said what the cost would be. after they did the job he gave a ridicules' price of $580.00 and told us that it would cost us to replace the cracked flange another $582.00. I was shocked at this price I called the office and the person I talked to said he would come over the house and check it out. That never happened he called back and said that the cost has gone up after he talked to his INCOMPIDENT workers that were over my house. I am 83 yrs old and have done many handyman jobs
and would never take advantage of anyone. I had already checked on the cost of the flange at 20- 40 $ I paid the ridicules' bill for the toilet installation and said no to the added repairs. The next day I had two plumbers from Rocky Mount come over and replaced the triolet flange and remount the toiled at a cost of $150.00 which included labor and materials. The people in charge need to be more observative of what their incompetent help tells them about the cost of jobs. I can never use or recommend this company to anyone in good conscience.
