Best Water Conditioning in Raleigh NC

We noticed a few days ago that water has been entering our pantry for a while, and has already damaged the floor. This morning we realized it was coming from the washing machine. Called Ben Franklin, and they got a guy here within 2 hours. The fellow knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem as related to an inadequate laundry drain pipe. He thought the best solution would be to replace the drain from the laundry room down through the crawl space to the far corner of the house. He warned me that it wouldn't be cheap, and would take a day of work. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole job was finished before 4 PM.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I was so happy with my experience with Service Experts! My hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. John Cade, Ryan Nilsen, & Matt Toups came to the rescue! Travis was great. He came on a Saturday of Memorial weekend because Friday was rained out. He was right on time. Was careful to put booties on his feet to protect our wood floors. He got right to it and found the problem troubleshooting the system one part at a time. Once the repair was complete, he moved on to perform our twice-yearly maintenance. Travis was professional, pleasant to speak with and just an all-around great representation of what we have known Air Experts for. He also was sure to let me know they do plumbing work now, which I did not know. I'll always trust Air Experts for all my hvac needs and you should as well.

They replaced our HVAC system and we are very happy with the process. We reached out to a few companies and were overwhelmed by the options. David explained everything we need to know and gave us updates throughout the install. Jessica was also very helpful with booking an billing questions!

Frank and Kenny did a wonderful job on our master bathroom installation. We hired them to install a new shower head in our existing shower. The job required removing some existing drywall, running new pex piping, and installing hardware through the existing shower tile. They did a great job with minimal disruption to the existing walls and shower. They also were able to do the entire project in a single day and for half the price I was quoted by other service providers. Highly recommend!

Brian was also wonderful in responding to my questions prior to hiring Bolton.

I called Sonny's in a total jam. I had a water heater in an atic leak and ruined a ton of wall and flooring. I had been without hot water for 2 days. My original plumber choice flaked on me and I started dialing. I ran across Sonny and they literally made some time for the same day and handled the job with care and precision.
