Great experience all-around with Cape Fear! I initially reached out to them when my heat stopped working. A serviceman was able to come out within a few hours and get it working. I then contemplated replacing both hvac systems as they were old and in need of expensive repair. The project manager came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I decided to purchase new units and was able to get installation appointments for the following week. The installers were on time, friendly, very professional throughout, and completed the work as scheduled. Shout-outs to Mike P (service), Mike M (project manager), JJ and Dennis (installers), and Pam (office) for an extremely smooth experience!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Vincent was very professional and knowledgeable. He solved the heating issues and serviced both AC units. I would highly recommend him. He was very friendly and courteous.

Poole's did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing my Rinnai. They were very communicative throughout the process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I've used two other services; Poole's ranks well above the others.

I just had a brand new A/C unit installed at my house and I was so happy with the overall experience that I wanted to write a positive review to thank Bolton's Company for going above and beyond! In the heat of the summer my A/C unit broke completely and this company quickly came out to my house, helped me pick the best unit for my needs and installed a much better, more efficient unit, and stayed all day to get the job done. I was so impressed and happy with the service, unit and work ethic that I wanted others to know about my experience. I think there are very few companies in Raleigh with this level of service. Newcomb came out today for our annual maintenance visit on our a/c. We signed up for a service contract for the first time ever this year. Jonathan did a great job and was very polite and professional. He had booties for his shoes to protect our flooring and carpet, didn't walk through the house with his bucket even though it would have been easier, and even took the initiative to clean off my siding from the grass the landscapers blew on it this morning when he saw it!
P.S. Would love to always have him come out and do the service if possible.

We used Jason and 919 Plumber because we were having an issue with our septic tank and toilet. Jason called back very quickly after we reached out and scheduled to come out on Tuesday to assess the situation. As promised, Jason and his team showed up on time, Tuesday and got right to work figuring out what the issue was. He gave me all of the information and when I decided to go ahead and get the work done he scheduled to come back Saturday after he order the parts. Wednesday Jason texted me and stated that hw was able to come out Thursday instead of Saturday if that was OK. I agreed and as promised he and the team came out and replaced the septic panel and the septic pump. Jason advised us of some things we can do to upkeep the pump and ground. I appreciate all their hard work and them keeping me in the loop along the way. If I or anyone I know has any plumbing issues in the future 919- Plumber will be be our first call!

We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! Highly recommend their services!
