Great plumber!

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Fasco has come out to our house a handful of times now for various plumbing problems. (Mostly due to the hell that is polybutylene pipes.) I have no complaints at all about their service. They've been straightforward, do good and honest work, and have had good prices. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

This is as professional as it gets folks.

I had a leaking water heater and contacted 3 companies for quotes/estimates on a replacement. One company told me that I should make sure I know what getting with any quotes less than theirs since it wouldn't likely be up to code.

Not only did Joseph provide the best quote, he provided a detailed estimate within hours, thoroughly explained what I would get (which included more than the company I spoke with), showed up on time, explained everything again, worked fast, cleaned up like no one was ever there, and then showed me all of the work including the items that were implemented to meet code. His partner Adam was professional and knew his stuff as well.

Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Golden Rule Plumbing. Deal with Joseph with complete confidence.

Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

I needed a very expensive repair and actually didn't remember I bought a warranty for the repair. Initially I was quoted around 1k. After I was charged, the owner called me up and reminded me of my warranty and refunded my money. What a class act. Thank you. You may not remember, but I sure do.

Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.

My family has worked with The Art of Plumbing for years. They have done everything from installing water lines to boilers—all at reasonable prices and with exceptional quality.

Our well pump decided to pass on yesterday morning, one second running water and the next hissing faucets, but no water. A quick Google and Schwartz Plumbing popped up as on the more reviewed recommendations that had a lot of positive comments.
Tommy was the first person I spoke with and he recommend I do a few things till they could get someone to me. He offered to have someone come right out to us, but since I strongly suspected our 19 yr old pump had failed and I asked for a regular appoinment and Tommy scheduled me for a 1pm visit.
Ross, from Schwartz, called approx 10:30am, explaining he had an opening and could he stop by and take a look our problem. He arrived shortly and walked through the trouble shooting steps that pointed to our pump failing. He got me an estimate and setup the replacement for next day.
Tommy showed up the next day and later Steve Schwartz The Boss stopped by to help. They quickly pulled and replaced our 200 ft of pipe with a new pump.
Great folks and I am pleased with how they resolved our problem.

TLDR: I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the Schwartz team and will be using them for additional projects we need done.

Service technician arrived early but called to confirm that this ok. He was very professional and well mannered. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly and went above and beyond fixing our plumbing issue. I would definitely call William Parrish again if I had another plumbing issue arise.

Top notch plumber!!! Cannot say enough good about Drew! He installed a kitchen faucet and replaced a toilet for us quickly, cleanly, and professionally. His prices were beyond fair and he was able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time! He did great work. Went above and beyond by checking our house water pressure as well! From the reminder text the day before, to the your technician is on the way and his name is Logan, it was professional, timely, and friendly. Logan did a great job just diagnosing multiple issues, changing the filter for me, crawling up in the attic in 90 degree heat, and all with a polite demeanor and a smile. At my request I signed up for the maintenance plan -- sounds like I mostly dodged a bullet with this being the first service in 6 years.

I chose to use Kyle because of these reviews. He was really hard to communicate with but once I got him here he did good work and was a nice guy. On the second job he lied to me about having pulled a permit, did half the job, then charged me for the whole job and ghosted me. Now I have to pull a permit myself, pay for it, and finish the job. Find a different plumber.
