The repair was completed and I was informed of everything that was needed to complete the repair as well as a detailed explanation about the cause of the leak. They even provided pictures of the repair without a request from me, which I was grateful for as the work was done under my home. Schwartz Plumbing did a really good job for me, replacing two failing tank water heaters with a Navien tankless.
