Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me.

Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since.

It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Tracy came out and repaired a leaking pipe at our house today. He educated me about the issue and taught me how to fix it myself. That kind of customer education pretty much guarantees I will call them again the next time we have a plumbing related issue. Great service, definitely recommend giving them a call.

Nathan from Service Experts installed my two systems last week. I have to say best of the best heating and air conditioning expert I have seen so far.Not only a technical expert - he listens to customer and addresses concerns immediately if any. In general all folks so far I interacted with from Service Experts are fantastic.

Eugene is absolutely wonderful. I have contacted him on numerous occasions. One call was so minor, to him, that he didn’t even charge me. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Raleigh Water Heater Guys is outstanding! If you need a plumber you can trust and rely on, Mike is the one. We purchased a new home and needed help addressing items on our inspection list. During Mike's walkthrough for the quote, Mike quickly fixed several items on the list for us - for free. Mind you, I've never experienced this type of amazing service before. With a few items on the list, e.g. having older pipes and having a pipe that had a leak in the past, Mike offered his expertise for us to understand the urgency and timeline of when to fix. Mike's invaluable perspective eased our financial burden, after just buying a house, and allowed us to prioritize our expenditures in the right direction.

By the end of the walkthrough, there were only several repairs left on the list that Mike needed to actually come back for. The prices were affordable especially for the quality of work. Mike came back and fixed all of these issues with ease (there was soldering involved - speaking as a layperson, the work seemed thorough!). Mike also offered the option to save money and shut off a broken hose bib, since we had a working one right next to it, and let us know we didn't need to replace our water heater. His transparency earned my trust as a customer for life. He also discovered a plumbing line that we could use for a potential utility sink.
