Wes has been very helpful in my older home, installing a new hot water heater and a new kirchen sink. He always answers all my questions, multiple times and so easant and friendly. I have recommended him to friends.

Called for non-emergency work, and set up an appointment for the next week. Plumber came by on time, easily fixed the issue, friendly and good customer service.

I was frantically calling around for a 24 hour plumbing service as one of my pipes burst in my commercial business and they were the only ones to answer. I am extremely grateful that they were able to come out at 1am and try to help me fix the problem. Chris didn’t leave until almost 3am to diagnose the issue Chis then came right back the following morning and proceeded to diligently work on our leak and coordinate with his boss as how to best handle our situation. He took lots of pictures and explained everything to me in great detail so that I understood.

These guys were Great! Pat and the Electrician team were down to business getting my panel ready for a Mini Split Unit ... Marco and Emerson came early for the scheduled installation and they were professional, pleasant and top notch in every way. The guys cleaned up the work site when done. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I can’t recommend this business enough. My water heater broke and being without hot water (especially with teenagers in the house) was no fun. I called many places that couldn’t even come look at my problem for another 4 days. When I scheduled with Michael & Son, I was able to secure an appointment a few hours later. Josh was my technician and he was professional and knew what my water heater needed right away. He clearly explained my options and found my part under warranty (saving me money). Plumbv recently replaced our water heater, I was in a flat out panic looking for someone to replace it for us. I called Plumbv and spoke to Alexis. She was amazing!! She assured me that they would take great care of us, which calmed me down immensely. She got us scheduled for a replacement, and sent over a confirmation. She was very knowledgeable and made a great first impression of this company for me. Before the gentlemen arrived to replace the water heater we were called to let us know they were on the way. They arrived, got the new water heater in and it turned out that we needed a pressure valve replaced too. They took care of it with a blink of an eye. I will definitely be using them again!
