I have had Joe come out to my home twice now for different things. I even recommended him to my friend/neighbor. He is very professional and extremely courteous. Always on time and considerate. I was out of heat for 3 days over Xmas eve and Xmas day. I called a dozen different companies that advertised they were open 24/7/365 and for emergencies and no one bothered to answer. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and all for a reasonable price even though it was a “holiday”. I will call him for every issue moving forward.

This company has the most fair pricing, is the most reliable, and honest. They were good communicators, gave us a fair price (we compared multiple companies in the area and this company was the best price for the exact same services that everyone else was offering), and they were extremely honest. They opened the water heater they had brought and noticed it had dents on it. They refused to install it like that and drove back to the store to get one that was in new condition. I was amazed at this because it took extra time out of their day. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

This company has yet to call me and schedule the repair of my AC unit. I was told that the part that I have paid for has arrived. If there is a problem with the installation that I have also paid for in advance, no one has call to discuss this with me.

After looking at several plumbers, we decided to hire the Art of Plumbing for the install of a Rinnai Tankless Water heater. Eugene provided detailed information during the process of determining the best plumber, best system and special feature functionality. He is a true professional. We were delighted with his and his assistants attention to detail and their care for our home. Our old heater went bust in the night. I called William Parrish plumbing guys in the morning. Mike came right away. He inspected and advised new heater was needed. They did not charge for this service. They got new heater and replaced same day. I would definitely recommend their services.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
