I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning. The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

Eugene was one of 3 quotes I got for a sizeable job: replacing old black ABS drain lines with new pvc fittings. His was the most reasonable of the 3 quotes. He didn't try to upsell to expand the job or sell some kind of expensive service package. He was easy to work with to set a dates. Showed up when he said he would and completed the job in one day as he said he could. I own 5 rentals and will be using him again.

Unfortunately, there are too many companies––that just don’t get it.

We had Raleigh Plumbing install a new hot water heater for our home. Their service manager, Dan is a real professional and communicated well to us through the process. Our onsite assigned technician, Eduardo was very courteous, safety conscious and detailed. And we ended up having a small issue after the installation, and Raleigh Plumbing was at our home within 30 mins of a phone call on a rainy Raleigh Friday night. They resolved the issue promptly. We would recommend Raleigh Plumbing to others looking for a professional, organized and service centric provider. Five Stars.

I found out on the day that my garage exterior side entry door was to be installed, that I ordered the wrong swing door. I was on the verge of panic not knowing what to do. The 2 crew members, Donald and Rick, showed no hint of annoyance and or frustration at all. Instead, they offered to help me. They got permission from Bell Cow to go to Lowes and exchange the door for the right one. This is above and beyond what I expected the crew and Bell Cow to do for their customers. To top it off, I was not charged extra. Like their slogan says, THEY DON'T MILK YOU. Excellent quality of work - my door looks great! Thank you Rick and Donald - courteous, friendly and professional. I also, would like to thank Kayla. She always sounded friendly. The tone of her voice showed a caring attitude, that made me feel comfortable every time we spoke. The scariest and hardest part for me to do, when it comes to home improvement/repair projects, is finding trustworthy and honest people to hire, to do the right job for the right price. Kevin did an outstanding job, assessing not only the water heater issue, but uncovered problems with the accumulator in the system as well. Outstanding service, prompt courteous, clean, and did an a great job communicating on exactly what he was going to do and how he would do it. The work came in exactly at the estimated amount. Will definitely call him again.
