Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. I have had Joe come out to my home twice now for different things. I even recommended him to my friend/neighbor. He is very professional and extremely courteous. Always on time and considerate. I was out of heat for 3 days over Xmas eve and Xmas day. I called a dozen different companies that advertised they were open 24/7/365 and for emergencies and no one bothered to answer. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and all for a reasonable price even though it was a “holiday”. I will call him for every issue moving forward.

Midtown is the only plumbing vendor to call in wake county if you want your job done efficiently, on time and for the best price in the market. I purchased 2 high end heavy one piece toilets for my upstairs bathrooms on Black Friday 2020 and had them delivered to my home. For over a month I have interview more than 6 vendors to have them installed. Few would quote a price on the phone, and the ones that came to the house before giving me a quote all had hidden fees and up sell tactics. My call to midtown was answered immediately, a price was quoted and a quick date was set for installation. Russell the installer, arrive on the date, on time and called 40 minutes prior to arrival. Two hours later everything was done and there were no variations in pricing from what I was quoted-which by the way was $300-$400 less than any other vendor. If you appreciate customer service and professionalism, and also want the best price in the market-make them your first call.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The pipe for my toilet shutoff valve broke inside the wall at 11:45 AM this morning. I called Drew at PLMR and left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes and, was at my house 30 minutes after that. Drew is professional and courteous and wore all of his PPE and shoe coverings while in my house. The repair was made and cleanup done at 2:00 PM. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very reasonable and took his time explaining the repair to me.
