I wanted a new water heater to replace my aging one. It was going to be a challenge since it is nestled in a very tight space and there is no place else to put it. I used Yahoo's request a quote feature and contacted five plumbers. Three never contacted me back. One gave me a quote on a larger unit that probably wasn't going to fit so, we might have to build out a bit. But Eugene at The Art of Plumbing got back to me the very next morning. He asked me for some measurements and posed a few questions, and then came back with a quote that was half of what I was anticipating having to pay.

I was skeptical since it seemed too good to be true. A low price, and he was able to get a replacement for my rather oddly-sized and oddly-configured water heater? But he did. He found the exact same model, brand new and not refurbished. As soon as I was ready for the installation he was too. He and his associate put down heavy tarps to protect the floor as the new heater was wheeled in, installed it in a matter of a few hours, cleaned up all of the mess, stayed long enough to make sure it was working properly, and then charged me exactly what he had quoted. They were even proud enough of their work to sign it.

The new heater works perfectly -- even better than the old one, in fact, since the setting is lower but the water is still just as hot. Hopefully I will not need any plumbing work in the future, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

He started with a call to say he was on his way. Sent a text so I could track him. When he arrived, he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed my problem in about 20 minutes. Gave me other information that was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I woke up on a Sunday to find water streaming from the ceiling in our family room. Justin came out to our house within an hour to diagnose and fix the problem. He also helped coordinate work with their remediation company to make sure our house was going to be fine once this is all done. I highly recommend.

Bolton Construction was there with us through a renovation several years ago. They were prompt, courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. Naturally when we moved into a new place, we called on them again to be our go to company for plumbing, heating and air. Again, we couldn't have been happier with everything they did. The technician came out promptly, and methodically dismantled our water heater until he discovered the problem. He called the manufacturer and determined that the issue was covered under warranty. Only down side is that warranty does not cover labor. But, he was very professional about how he told us.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.

I called they came out and fixed my issue. Dan is the service manager. Was very polite and when I explained my problem he know exactly what was wrong. I asked if it was something I could repair myself he was very honest and said yes. He even offered to have me send a pic and he would help my match the part I needed. I went and looked at the part and realized it might be best for me to have the proper people replace the part. I call back and the set me up for the next day. I was not home but my wife was. They came out replaced the part and life was good. The technician (please forgive me as I don’t remember his name ) was super polite and friendly. He wore a mask and but shoe covers on . He fixed the problem and replaced what need to be. He then noticed that the kitchen faucet was not working well and offered to take a look. It work a lot better then it did. I want to say thank you to them. I will always call them if is have any more issues with my plumbing.

Jason is very responsive and easy to work with. He took care of our main-line water leak first thing Monday morning and got us back up with water to the home in no time.

My hvac went down last night and right now being the hottest days so far this summer, it got unbearably hot in my house with no ac. As soon as bellcow opened I called them and they were able to squeeze me into a opening late afternoon, not even an hour later they called me again with a earlier time which worked much better for me. The man they sent was very respectful and knowledgeable about everything he was looking at. Not even 5 min go by and he has my hvac back up and running. He sees a few other problems and takes care of them as well, such as the drain being slightly backed up. 15-20 min later he was done. The house is starting to cool down now. I want this tech every time. It’s rare to find someone who knows their trade this well. I’m glad I can count on bell cow. Thank you guys for everything and looking forward to continued service with you guys.
