My home warranty company was dragging their feet on setting me up with a service company. My issue was going on the third day. I called BF and they not only saw me within a few hours, the technician diagnosed and replaced my water heater in a few hours. Other companies were either unresponsive or trying to schedule days out. I highly recommend this company. The technician was professional, polite, and informative. A++

On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Our house needed A TON of work and we had no idea where to start but Bryce was able to help bring our vision to reality!! We discovered a water leak (conveniently hidden by previous homeowner), Joey and Bryan showed up within a few hours of us calling and were coordinating between plumbing, HVAC, and homeowners insurance almost immediately. It's never fun to rip out walls clean up water damage, but it is nice to have a professional team that's been there before and is willing to work with us on payment options.

Top notch plumber!!! Cannot say enough good about Drew! He installed a kitchen faucet and replaced a toilet for us quickly, cleanly, and professionally. His prices were beyond fair and he was able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time! He did great work. Went above and beyond by checking our house water pressure as well! Could not recommend more highly!

I needed a faucet installed and PlumbV was able to get me on the schedule in less than 2 hours. Neal was very professional and knowledgeable. He installed the faucet in ~30 min. The price was fair and the work was great. Neal was a pleasure and I absolutely will be using PlumbV in the future!

Ryan DiSorbo was awesome at evaluating and proposing a solution to our issue. I would use Ryan any time I had a problem. He shows up on time (or early) and jumps right into the problem.

One bathroom house built in 1912. The bath tub had a drum instead of a ptrap so we had standing water in the tub. Cast iron pipe for the tub and toilet was replaced with PVC and vanity pipes replaced. The tub was somewhat of an emergency. I called on Thursday afternoon, Lacy was very sensitive to our situation and scheduled the work for Friday afternoon. Brad fit us into his schedule and called before arriving. Brad is knowledgeable, professional and works very quick. He conscious and cares that the customer is pleased. He wasn’t able to finish on Friday, he came back Saturday on a holiday weekend to complete the job! I can’t thank Optimal enough for helping us and will use them again. Thanks Lacy! Thanks Brad!

Billy and crew were knowledgable and efficient. He explained how the sensor on the water heater worked in detail and they left our home clean. I would definitely call Boltom again for work in the future.

The technician came out promptly, and methodically dismantled our water heater until he discovered the problem. He called the manufacturer and determined that the issue was covered under warranty. Only down side is that warranty does not cover labor. But, he was very professional about how he told us.
