I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

If we shared a request with Mike, his crew was aware of it and delivered, and similarly if we touched base with the crew about something, Mike had been kept apprised at every turn. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Great work! Came out and scheduled my major repair in a reasonable time frame. Clean up was a bit messy because it rained while waiting for the inspection. Other then that, all good. Great customer service and fair pricing!

Sean and Anthony took great care of what needed to be done. They did a check of the new pressure setting from the main and all the major plumbing fixture hook ups and helped put my mind at ease about what was going on. They helped alleviate a few minor problems and gave me suggestions about how we could be preventive on a few things for the future. The repairs they did do were spot on.
