Vickie went out of her way to speed up the process and they got our new one installed promptly. Easy to work with. The service guy was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and carefully as our hot water heater was inside an interior closet. I can highly recommend Fasco.

Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

They arrived with a team of skilled plumbers, provided a detailed estimate, kept to their timeframes and had scheduled an inspector for the day after the work was completed. Repaired well pipe that was leaking. This was done in a timely manner. When the house was built the copper tubing connected to the well pipe was to thin.

We used Air Experts to install a new Heat Pump for our downstairs and Justin was fantastic. He came out right away, when we signed the contract the crew was there the next day to do the install. The crew was fantastic as well. The system had a balancing issue when we moved in and they sent George out to take a look. We were thinking we needed more vents in a couple rooms as they were hotter than the rest of the downstairs but after he took a look he recommended installing a damper to change the air flow and not only was this option much cheaper it completely fixed our issue! We would highly recommend this company for anything!
