My home warranty contracted us with Fasco for an undiagnosed leak in our kitchen sink area.

They gave me a 1 hour arrival window same day as the issue was reported to the warranty company. They replaced our garbage disposal quickly with coverage from our home warranty company, and the plumber was very professional and helpful. We ended up with a better garbage disposal than the one we had before.

I am now considering hiring them again for some out-of-warranty work on some components that were not covered by our warranty contract. I highly recommend using Fasco.

Matthew came out to fix, replace and repair both of my laundry room faucets pipes from leaking water. He looked at the problem, explained what needed to be done and the cost. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Afterwards he test the water pipes to make sure everything worked, plus he cleaned up. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We had a leak a couple weeks ago (started raining in our foyer closet) and called Waite plumbing. Mike called back within minutes, gave us great advice for what to do immediately, and was over a few hours later to take a look. It turned out we had the dreaded polybutalene piping, so we had Waite Plumbing do the repipe and replace our leaking water heater while he was at it. He and his partner were efficient, but never seemed rushed, careful and conscientious. They even showed up during an ice storm, and cleaned up thoroughly after--the house looked better after they left than it did before! On top of that, Mike was extremely pleasant. I can't recommend enough.

UPDATE: We had them out again, and, again, they were terrific. Our dishwasher died and we ordered a new one, but no vendor was able to schedule to install it for us within three weeks. We called Waite plumbing and they scheduled us for two days later. It turns out that the washer was broken upon delivery (one of the shelf brackets inside was broken), so we had to get it replaced, and Waite plumbing came right back out and reinstalled it--and cut us a deal, even though it wasn't their fault it was broken. It was also a tricky installation because our floor isn't level under the dishwasher but the guy worked on it until it was perfectly level with no gaps. Excellent service.

Todd and Matthias came earlier after I made an appointment for same-day service. They arrived ready to work and completed the repair to my main sewer line in less than 45 minutes. I don't know about the value aspect. At just under $400, I thought the service was expensive. They did use a fancy machine, but I've found that I could buy the machine myself and have money left over. On the other hand, they know how to use the machine, which is more than I can say for myself.

Highly recommended. Pedro Lopez was very helpful and nice. Job well done.

Super knowledgeable and provided all the options we needed to make the right decision and even expedited our install after seeing our water heater leaking. Just an overall great team that provided the confidence and assurance we were in good hands. Having installed 2 HVACs these last 3 years and now a water heater, we trust Air Experts and will not go anywhere else!
