Best Replacement Plumbing in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

We moved into our new home over a year ago and We had a drain that would continuously clog up after heavy rain. We called Ben Franklin plumbers and within 30 minutes they had the drain cleared. They were very responsive, very polite, they didn’t make a mess in the process and were very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

So thankful for Golden Rule Plumbing! They came out on a Saturday morning with very short notice when our main plumbing line was backed up. Excellent service, very caring, compassionate and kind. They also came out when we had a possible mouse situation. Always going above and beyond helping out of stressful situations!

Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. My water heater was close to twenty years old and in need of replacement prior to family visiting in a few weeks. I contacted several plumbers for quotes and Eugene was one of the few to respond. He was able to replace my water heater within one day of contacting him. He was able to find a water heater to fit my existing space and his rate was reasonable. I now have a great new water heater!

Had a bit of challenging issue with broken flow regulator in the shower. They came quickly, were courteous and very creative in solving the problem which ended up saving me quite a bit of money. Would like to particularly commend Eddie, the technician who came out.

The other day I turned on my AC for the first time this year and it seemed to be fine. After a few days passed I noticed the machine was acting up. It seemed as if it was working too hard and kept cutting on and off. I called Cape Fear and they sent Austin, Joe, & Kenny out to fix they issue. These guys were great, they diagnosed the problem and had the system fixed within a few hours.

When they arrived at 5:30 PM I didn’t expect that they would be able to finish the job.They made reasonable recommendations for work that should be done immediately and recommended work for a later date.
